This session will share first-year outcomes, including the recruitment of 18 STEM Teacher Corps members, findings from a regional needs assessment, and lessons learned from launching a multi-state professional learning community. Attendees will learn about how this project is developing teacher leaders across Iowa and learn how elementary teachers can become partners in the project as future cohort participants.
