About me
Mandy Dodd is a Senior Principal Systems Engineer and project engineering leader at Collins Aerospace, specializing in avionics systems, AFDX technologies, and certification across multiple global regulatory agencies. She brings more than 17 years of engineering and technical program management experience, driving complex program execution and leading high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary teams. Mandy is also an active STEM champion in Eastern Iowa. As co‑founder of Community STEM Day and founder of STEM in Flight, she develops region‑wide STEM programs that inspire students and strengthen community engagement. She has led STEM outreach initiatives for over 15 years, working collaboratively with schools, industry partners, and volunteers to expand access to hands‑on STEM learning.
